SUPERB!!!! QUALITY AND SERVICE!!! I live in Atlanta, GA and this business (Dana Daniels Designs) is in Texas. When you're out of town, all you can rely on is the online presence of a business. So I took a chance and picked this place because of how pretty their flower arrangements looked online and also the ease of using their website. Just a few clicks and the order was placed. I sent my friend a (sympathy) flower arrangement. Of course I wanted to make sure she got it quickly and that it was really nice. When my friend received her flowers in less than 24 hours after I placed the order, she sent me a photo of it and it was EVEN BETTER than the photo on the website!!! I wish I could show you the arrangement on this review. It was amazing! Ironically, my aunt also passed away a day after my friend's relative. I wish there were a Dana Daniels Designs all over the country. Oh yes, I forgot to mention, this business attempted to deliver the flowers to my friend at the same time I happened to be on the phone with her. My friend didn't hear the knock at the door. The business sent me a notification that they attempted to deliver the flowers. I called them right away, because I knew my friend was home. The woman who answered was very nice and she said "No problem, I'll turn around the deliver them now." She was extremely accommodating and I could tell she takes pride in the customer service component of the business just as much as the creative side. My friend answered the second time and she was flabbergasted! The arrangement was stunning! I have been texting her photo of the flowers to people all day. LOL
