Overall the arrangement sent was very well done. I was a little confused as it did not look exactly like the picture. In speaking with Dana it was because I had upgraded to premium. In past floral experiences premium has meant a larger version of the exact same arrangement. With this floral service it means a possible addition of different flowers (other than what is pictured) to satisfy the premium upgrade. Regardless of the addition/change, the arrangement came out good and the recipient loved them which is what matters the most.
